All orders typically take 1 – 2 business days to pick. An email message will be sent on the day the order is dispatched from our premises.
Delivery is by Fastway Couriers or JMC Pallet Network (depending on the size and weight of the the shipment). Delivery times will take 3-8 working days.
We only ship and deliver to addresses in Ireland and Northern Ireland.
It is not possible to make changes to your order once the order is placed. All items are quality checked before despatch, if your order arrives damaged or faulty please contact us within 48hours of receipt of order and it will fall into the 7 day return policy.
CLICK AND COLLECT INSTORE
We offer a click and collect service to anyone who would like to order online and collect in our store. To avail of this, please select the "Pickup" option on the delivery page in checkout.
The order will be picked during business hours Monday to Friday (only) and when it is ready for collection, a notification email will be sent informing you that it is ready for pickup.
Once this notice is received, you can collect your order at our Store in Carlow by bringing your order reference as proof of purchase.
Lastly, please don't come to the store to collect your order before receiving an email confirmation notice as your order might not be picked and may not be available on the day.
CHANGE OF MIND?
If you are unhappy with your purchase you can either request an exchange or refund for the price (excluding delivery charges). Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. We cannot refund delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you.
Under the EU Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to return unwanted goods. This “cooling-off” period gives you 14 working days in which to cancel your order. The period starts the day after the day that goods are received. We kindly ask customers exercising this right to return the goods unused, in fully saleable condition, in the original packaging with all user information and instructions enclosed.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal care to cover the value. Any goods returned must be be in fully saleable condition on arrival at our premises.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED?
If any product is damaged or faulty upon receipt/delivery please email us with the relevant details and photo images, we will then arrange for either a replacement or a refund. We operate a strict notification policy of damages or faults to products. Notifications must be made within 48 hours post delivery. Notification can be made by email to [email protected]

A returns slip will be emailed to you after you contact us. Please fill out this returns slip in order for us to match the returned stock to your order. Post the goods back to us with all paperwork enclosed and we will credit your account. Note: postage on returned goods will be borne by the customer unless we were at fault. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been delivered, please email us at [email protected] including your contact details and order details.
Assuming that our return’s policy has been adhered to returned goods will be credited within 28 day of our receiving them. If in doubt about any aspect of our returns policy, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
