The opportunity

What is the apprenticeship?

Rather than waiting for a gap in our sales team, we're choosing to develop our own next generation. This apprenticeship brings you into Topline Doyle's as a Trainee Construction Sales Rep, with a proper development plan built around you.

You'll start behind the counter, learning our products, customers and how a busy builders merchant really works. As you grow, you'll head out on the road with the sales team — visiting sites, following up quotes and, in time, building a customer base of your own.

Alongside the day job, you'll complete the National Sales Apprenticeship delivered through MSLETB, a nationally recognised programme designed by industry. This is a real career from the start — with a clear path to grow into a full Construction Sales Rep.

Why it's worth it

◆ A full wage from your first week
◆ Nationally recognised qualifications
◆ Learn the trade from experienced reps
◆ A clear path to a full sales rep role
◆ Real responsibility from day one
